Nymphedora recently got a few changes to her melee weapon line. The new items look like this:
Importantly, the recipe for her knives slightly changed as well. The old recipe was a holdover from the early days, before Dragonflower existed. Now it's more logical and presents a smoother transition:
The 2nd and 3rd tier of the knife line also lost 2 stars (they now have one on each side).
So, the facts about the knife line, overall, are:
At first glance, you might think this is a negative for Nymph's knives - less damage and no chill resistance is pretty significant. But the reality is that the smoother progression allows you to build more confidently, and the simpler star pattern makes it much easier to fit the earlier knives into complex items like Dreadleaf and Gambler's Dice.
The loss of haste doesn't mean much for her, either, because the weapons attack faster. In the early game, Nymph isn't likely to have much else on board to take advantage of huge amounts of haste. By the time haste makes a significant difference in the outcome of your fight, you should have a Stalker's Shiv crafted - which provides 2 haste on hit, just like before.
My personal favorite Nymph build is 2x Dragonfang with Dreadleaf and Gambler's Dice. It was fantastic in Season 3. I've only played a handful of games in Season 4 so far, but from what I've seen, it's going to dominate this season as well. I'll be running it in Mythic until someone stops me ^_^
Good luck out there fellow elves!
